Human rights are a set of rights that everyone has a right to. Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him. Human rights developed as a vision after the end of World War II. This turned out to be because the prisoners of war were tortured with the help of the nations that took over. There were no arrangements for officials to guarantee the protection and security of the prisoner of war. There have been international agreements regarding the composition of the prison remedy, but it was rare for everyone to see it.
